Great location. Lovely room and we were offered a free upgrade to a beautiful top floor room with a huge balcony. Very comfortable and quiet. The Fish restaurant was excellent and I’d give the food, preparation and wine pairing menu 10 out of 10.

Excellent location by harbour and wharf at centre of Auckland. Harbour view room had an excellent balcony and staff were very friendly

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room service was fast. View from balcony gorgeous. Good communication as I knew a cruise ship would block the view for a day. A Hilton bed and a Hilton pillow are as good as ever.

The hotel is really lovely you walk in and it's beautiful with a great vibe - nice and out of the way but also close to all the city and activity at the Viaduct - the staff are amazing they really make sure you have a fantastic time and can't do too much for you. Love the bar to hang out in with great views and lots of comfortable seating, great breakfast at the restaurant (best pancakes ever) where we had lunch as well with lovely views. Our room had a balcony with a view - it was quite noisy at night as it overlooked the shipping yard but wasn't too bad.

Location for visiting Auckland was perfect, close to the city center and harbour. The rooms are clean and spacious. Facilities like bar and gym are all present. The staff was very helpful.

Room service exceptionally good with reasonable menu availability, meal well set out and tasty. Service was prompt and good that you could call for tray pick-up. Loved the sea view, the activity on the water and the magic of the cruise ships gliding in and out right beside the hotel. So very quiet too. Plenty of staff available in foyer to help or answer questions.Comfortable seating in the bar and lovely view. Good size deck to sit and watch the action Easy walk to shopping mall.

We had more of a view of the premises next door and a peep of the viaduct, The room service was good, the waitstaff excellent as was the staff on arrival. The bed was too soft for our liking, but we slept well. The room was generally clean, dust buildup on the ridges of the chair seating frame. Tiles cracked in the shower. The room was just a bit tired. All in all it was a pleasant stay, we have booked to go back for our wedding anniversary, this time we have decided to pay for a room with a harbour view.

Great location right on the water. No cruise ship in during my 5 night stay so I had an incredible view from my room. Wonderful breakfast. Quiet despite being very high occupancy. Nice staff. Concierge especially helpful…the man from China.

If I could give this hotel 20 out of 10 I would. Firstly, things actually work. The individual aircon in each room is real and functional. The staff are super attentive without being intrusive. The food is divine, and room service prompt. Amazing, just amazing.
